The THUMB Program believes the non verbal 'Thumbs up' gesture is an effective way to trigger the Stop, think and act smart message that students learn at the THUMB show.

To help keep this message alive after the shows have visited your school, the THUMB program provides each school a THUMB Encouragement Pack. This is included in the $5 a head entry fee.

Each pack contains:

  • Interactive posters that reinforce the key values of Respect, Resilience and Responsibility.

  • Student friendly encouragement awards. There are stickers, sports balls, drink bottles, caps etc. Each is embossed with the THUMB message.

These can be used as weekly behaviour encouragment awards for your students.

These are some of the encouragement rewards schools can use to acknowledge stidents who have tried to make their school a better, safer and happier place.
